Children who drink a lot of soft drinks are likely to be obese and also rotten their teeth. French fries: It contains a lot of fat, starch, and acrylamide. Acrylamide is found in plant-based foods that are fried, baked or roasted like french fries, cookies, potatoes, coffee and even cereals. Acrylamide is added to grout, cement, paper products, and even cigarette smoke. Its consumption can even cause cancer. Refined Grains and Oils: Whole grains consist of bran, germ, and endosperm. In the refining process, this bran and germ are removed during milling. White bread, white rice, pasta, and cereals usually lack this texture so they lack fiber, vitamins, and iron.
