Today we come across a lot of hormonal diseases like PCOD, Thyroid, Liver problems, and even Cancer. The problem could be rooted at home itself - if we change our lifestyle, it can be in control.
This breeze of change should flow from the school itself, kids should be made aware of the merits and demerits of particular cookware. Lectures should be conducted in schools /large offices explaining the plus and minus points.
# The Non-Stick cookware has a Teflon coating which is very harmful for your brain and lungs. The Teflon coating has heavy metals like cadmium and mercury. So Better switch to Cast Iron.
# Aluminum foil/containers should be avoided from daily usage as whatever food comes in contact with Aluminum foil- the harmful chemicals tend to enter the food - it is to be a slow poison. If our body absorbs a large amount of aluminum, then it will not be able to absorb zinc which plays an important role in sharpening our brain and maintaining our bone mineral density is harmful to the lungs, kidney and many other organs. Instead of Aluminium foil, one should go for Butter paper or even a Cotton Cloth is fine. Similarly, Aluminium utensils should be replaced with Steel one

Avoid Plastic Containers- which are made of BPA- (Toxic Material) it's very harmful to our immune system, hormones and even can lead to obesity. When we heat the food in a plastic container, it tends to release toxic chemicals which in turn increases the blood sugar level which leads to fat cells leads in turn to obesity. It increases the risk of diabetes and Heart-related issues. It should be replaced with Glass or Steel containers.
